Maxillomandibular Advancement
Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder that causes a person to stop breathing for short periods of time during sleep. It can lead to a number of health problems, including high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.

Genioglossus Advancement
Genioglossus advancement is a surgical procedure used to treat obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It involves repositioning the genioglossus muscle, which is the primary muscle responsible for tongue movement, forward to prevent it from collapsing into the airway during sleep.

Septoplasty and Turbinate surgery
Septoplasty and turbinate reduction are surgical procedures used to treat sleep apnea or improve tolerance of CPAP. Septoplasty is a procedure to correct deviated nasal septum, which is the partition between the two nasal passages. When the septum is bent or deviated, it can narrow the airway and contribute to sleep apnea. During septoplasty, the deviated septum is surgically corrected to improve the alignment of the nasal passages and increase air flow.
