Facial aesthetic surgery at MSI is performed by Dr. Andrei Marechek, who is fellowship trained in facial cosmetic surgery. His background in surgery of the facial skeleton informs how proportion, balance and soft tissue are considered together, and the same attention to facial balance carries into his corrective jaw planning.

Complex jaw and facial surgery begins with precise records. Consultations take place in our Irvine office, where imaging and measurements are gathered in one visit and the operation is then planned digitally with the surgical team.

Our backgrounds and training
Dr. Sagong completed residency and chief residency at Yale and brings extensive craniofacial experience; Dr. Marechek holds medical and dental degrees and completed fellowship training in facial cosmetic surgery. Both trained at Level I trauma centers, teach as Assistant Clinical Professors at UCI Medical Center and hold operating privileges at Hoag Hospital and UCI Medical Center.
